Shipping, Returns & Cancellation Policy Diamond List

STANNEL Diamond List is an international recognition and editorial platform celebrating exceptional hotels, architectural destinations, and hospitality experiences.

Our services include property evaluations, recognition programs, editorial publications, membership packages, printed books, and personalized Diamond Awards.

Please review the following terms before completing your purchase.

1. Hotel Review & Registration Fees

The Hotel Review Fee covers the professional evaluation and consideration of a property for inclusion in the STANNEL Diamond List.

Once the review process has commenced, the Hotel Review Fee is non-refundable, regardless of the evaluation outcome, except where required by applicable law.

Payment of the Hotel Review Fee does not guarantee selection, recognition, or the awarding of a Diamond distinction.

All benefits included in the selected package will be processed and delivered automatically according to the package specifications, eligibility requirements, and applicable production schedules.

Included benefits cannot be exchanged, returned, or converted into cash, except where required by applicable law.

2. Membership & Publication Packages

STANNEL Diamond List offers membership and publication packages that may include:

Property evaluation and recognition
Digital editorial features
Official digital certificates
Digital Diamond badges
Social media promotion
Direct hotel booking links
Features in STANNEL printed publications
Complimentary book copies
Personalized physical Diamond Awards

Package benefits are determined by the selected package and confirmed at the time of purchase.

Once editorial, promotional, or production services have commenced, cancellation requests will be assessed according to the services already performed, the agreed package terms, and applicable law.

Fees for services already performed are non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Included publications, awards, and promotional benefits are provided automatically according to the selected package and do not require a separate order.

Unused benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Books & Printed Publications

Books included in Diamond List membership packages are automatically prepared and shipped to the hotel according to the applicable publication and delivery schedule.

Complimentary books included as part of a membership package are not eligible for voluntary returns, exchanges, or cash refunds, except where required by applicable law.

For books purchased separately, return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible voluntary returns may be exchanged for store credit.

Books must be unused, undamaged, and sealed in their original protective packaging.

Monetary refunds will be provided where required by applicable law.

4. Personalized Diamond Awards

Each physical STANNEL Diamond Award is individually produced and personalized for the selected property.

Awards may feature the hotel’s name, recognition year, and other custom details.

Due to their personalized nature, physical Diamond Awards cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind once production has commenced, except where required by applicable law.

Changes to engraving, design, or personalization after production has begun may not be possible and may incur additional charges.

Personalized awards included in membership packages are automatically produced and shipped according to the package specifications.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Books & Publications

Estimated delivery times are 7–14 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and availability.

Books included in future publications will be dispatched following the relevant publication release.

Personalized Awards

Production and shipping times for personalized Diamond Awards vary according to the manufacturing and customization process.

Estimated delivery information will be communicated by email where applicable.

International Shipping

STANNEL Diamond List ships internationally to selected destinations.

Shipping costs are included only where expressly specified in the purchased package. Otherwise, applicable shipping charges will be communicated before payment.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance delays.

Any applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, courier services, holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Return Shipping Costs

For eligible voluntary returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and shipping costs associated with replacement purchases.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Where an item is defective or incorrect, STANNEL Diamond List will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a book or personalized Diamond Award arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team by email as soon as possible.

Please include the property name, order reference, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Eligible claims will be resolved through repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

8. Cancellation Requests

All requests relating to cancellations, returns, exchanges, or delivery issues should be submitted by email.

Do not return physical items without receiving return instructions.

Where applicable law requires additional cancellation methods, these will also be made available.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Any non-refundable fees, cancellation restrictions, or limitations on returns apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

In the event of a conflict between this policy and mandatory applicable law, the applicable law will prevail.
