Welcome to STANNEL Diamond List, an international recognition and editorial platform dedicated to exceptional hotels, architecture, design, and hospitality experiences.

STANNEL Diamond List is operated by STANNEL LTD, registered in Israel.

By accessing our website, submitting a property for evaluation, or purchasing any of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About STANNEL Diamond List

STANNEL Diamond List is an independent editorial recognition platform celebrating outstanding hospitality properties worldwide.

Our selection process considers architectural excellence, design, originality, atmosphere, guest experience, and overall destination quality.

Recognition is granted at the discretion of the STANNEL Diamond List editorial and evaluation team.

Payment does not guarantee selection or recognition.

2. Hotel Submission & Evaluation

Hotels and other eligible hospitality properties may apply for consideration through the official STANNEL Diamond List submission process.

All submissions are subject to review.

Applicants must provide accurate and up-to-date information about their property.

STANNEL Diamond List reserves the right to request additional information, decline applications, or discontinue an evaluation where information is incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading.

The evaluation process may be based on submitted materials, independent editorial research, professional assessment, and other relevant sources.

An on-site inspection is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

3. Hotel Review Fee

A Hotel Review Fee of €690 applies where specified during the submission process.

The fee covers the evaluation and administrative review of the submitted property, together with any additional benefits expressly listed in the selected package.

Payment does not guarantee acceptance into STANNEL Diamond List.

Once the evaluation process has commenced, the Hotel Review Fee is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Any included benefits will be provided automatically according to the package specifications, eligibility requirements, and applicable production schedules.

Included benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law.

4. Membership & Publication Packages

STANNEL Diamond List may offer additional annual membership and publication packages, including packages priced at €3,000 and €6,000.

Depending on the selected package, benefits may include:

Editorial features on STANNEL digital platforms
Official digital certificates and recognition badges
Direct booking links to the property’s official website
Social media promotion
Editorial or promotional features in STANNEL printed publications
Complimentary copies of STANNEL publications
Personalized physical Diamond Awards

The exact benefits, publication specifications, quantities, and delivery arrangements are determined by the package description presented at the time of purchase.

STANNEL Diamond List reserves the right to update package offerings and prices for future purchases.

Changes will not reduce confirmed benefits under an existing purchase without an agreed or legally permitted basis.

5. Editorial Independence & Recognition

STANNEL Diamond List maintains editorial discretion over property selection and recognition.

Purchasing a membership, advertising package, or publication feature does not influence or guarantee a property’s evaluation outcome.

Paid promotional benefits are separate from the editorial recognition process.

STANNEL Diamond List may decline or withdraw recognition where there is a material misrepresentation, misuse of its intellectual property, or conduct that seriously undermines the integrity of the recognition program, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.

Recognition does not constitute an official government classification, safety certification, or guarantee of hotel services.

6. Publication & Promotional Rights

By submitting photographs, videos, logos, descriptions, or other materials, the applicant confirms that it owns or has obtained the necessary rights and permissions for their intended use.

The applicant grants STANNEL Diamond List a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, format, display, and publish the submitted materials in connection with the evaluation, recognition, and agreed promotional activities.

Such use may include digital publications, printed books, websites, social media, promotional presentations, and announcements relating to STANNEL Diamond List.

Applicants remain responsible for obtaining any necessary photographer credits, copyright permissions, and third-party consents.

STANNEL Diamond List will make reasonable efforts to respect supplied credit requirements.

7. Printed Publications & Personalized Awards

Printed publications and physical Diamond Awards may be included in selected membership packages.

All included items will be processed and dispatched automatically according to the selected package and relevant production schedule.

Personalized awards may include the property’s name, recognition year, and other custom details.

Once production of a personalized award has commenced, cancellation, return, or refund requests based on a change of mind will not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.

Shipping, returns, and delivery arrangements are governed by the separate STANNEL Diamond List Shipping, Returns & Cancellation Policy.

8. Payment Terms

All prices are displayed in the currency specified at checkout.

Payments must be completed through the payment methods available on the website or otherwise agreed in writing.

Applicable taxes and additional shipping charges will be disclosed where required before payment.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.

STANNEL Diamond List reserves the right to suspend unfulfilled services where payment has not been successfully completed, subject to applicable law.

9. Membership Duration & Renewal

Annual membership packages are valid for 12 months from the activation date specified in the purchase confirmation, unless otherwise stated.

Memberships do not renew automatically unless an automatic renewal arrangement is expressly offered and accepted by the customer.

Renewal prices and benefits may differ from the original package and will be communicated before renewal.

The validity period of an official Diamond recognition or certificate may differ from the membership period and will be specified in the recognition confirmation.

10. Cancellation & Refunds

Requests to cancel a package or service must be submitted to STANNEL Diamond List by email.

Fees for evaluation, editorial, promotional, or production services already performed are non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law and the agreed purchase terms.

Personalized items are subject to the cancellation restrictions described in Section 7.

Any mandatory cancellation or refund rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

11. Intellectual Property

All STANNEL Diamond List names, trademarks, logos, Diamond symbols, certificates, website content, editorial materials, and original designs remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

Recognized properties may use official recognition materials provided by STANNEL Diamond List in accordance with the applicable usage guidelines.

Recognition materials may not be altered, transferred, sublicensed, or used to imply recognition of another property without written authorization.

12. Website & Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to hotel websites, booking platforms, and third-party services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, STANNEL Diamond List does not operate these third-party booking services and is not a party to reservations completed through external websites.

Bookings, payments, cancellations, and guest services arranged directly with third parties are subject to those providers’ terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, STANNEL Diamond List is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, publication delays, third-party services, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information submitted through the website will be processed in accordance with the STANNEL Diamond List Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions or other laws that cannot legally be excluded.

Any dispute resolution or jurisdiction arrangements will be subject to applicable law.
